2 openings for the Children’s Hospital
- Hotel room service style cooking.
Work food orders and tray up food for delivery for their Children’s Hospital (they will be cooking for children and new moms in labor and delivery) Food prep, cleaning, sanitizing equipment and production area.
1 Opening Behavioral Medical center
- Quantity cooking for patient therapeutic diets and cafeteria batch cooking. Food prep, cleaning, sanitizing equipment and production area. Catering events within LLUMC. Large kitchen with industrial equipment The Cook assists in assuring proper receiving, storage, preparation, serving, sanitation, and cleaning procedures are followed. Prepare vegetables, starches, other hot side cooking, and other proteins.
Prepares food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, in line with our established policies and procedures as may be directed by the Dining Services Director or Chef, to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times. The Cook assists in assuring proper receiving, storage, preparation, serving, sanitation, and cleaning procedures are followed. Prepare vegetables, starches, other hot side cooking, and other proteins.
