Call Center Agent- START ASAP/NO INTERVIEW Job Description
- Taking inbound and outbound calls from people who are looking to sell their vehicles, many of the salvaged or non operational.
- Given leads from their providers who are car quote companies who find the people who want to sell their car
- Use the 5nine phone system
- Pay*: $15.50 (will increase to $16.50 when hired direct, 4 MONTHS CONTRACT TO HIRE)
- Hours*: Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm
- ON SITE IN RANCHO CORODVA, no vaccine requirement
- Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
- Some call center experience would be preferred but any type of customer service experience is required.
- This position is fairly entry level.
- Experience or knowledge of car and car parts would be preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to move a conversation along and have patience with customers is a must. **CAN START ASAP**
