100% Remote Call Center Role Job Description
We are hiring 1*00% Remote Call Center Representatives* that are located in the states listed below. Please read the posting and apply if you have all the required experience and equipment!
- Candidates MUST have: * *-Have call center experience* *-Experience working remotely* *-Experience with script reading while on calls * *-Sales experience- retail & foodservice is okay * *-Own equipment (no MacBooks, tablets, or Chromebooks-* *-NO time off the next 90 days *
- Job Title*: Customer Service Representative-Retention Department
- Pay*: $15/hr – pay raise to $16/hr once you go permanent and BONUS structure once you go perm after 6 months!
- Job Description: *
- Candidates will be assisting with their VIP Rewards Program, must be comfortable upselling this program as well as footwear, will be on the phones as well
- Will answer questions, try to retain customers and if not you will cancel the memberships
- Handling inbound calls with customers and members
- Targeting upbeat and friendly!
- Call metrics and sales metrics guidelines for the role
- Opportunity to be cross-trained in other departments if you are performing well
- Start:* Monday, May 2nd OR Monday, May 9th
- Will be 5 Business Days ****After that you will be live on the phones
You should be open to working 7 AM-7 PM for *an 8-hour shift and at least one weekend day

- Storage Space (minimum of 30 GB free)-Just screenshot and send results Operating System (Windows 8)- NO MacBooks
- You MUST be in one of the following states: *
